With your purchase, you’ve invested in quality meat and we want to do everything we can to make your dining experience pleasurable. When you receive an order of our meat, we include a guide for cooking buffalo and a customized recipe for the cut of meat you purchased.

 

Because of its low fat content, buffalo can easily be overcooked, which is the biggest mistake people make when preparing it. For instance, if a roast of beef is cooked at 325, you will want to reduce the temperature down to 275 for a buffalo roast, recognizing that it will take roughly the same timeframe to cook as its beef counterpart.
